What Is a Micro School?
Lindy West: My nephew just needs to be out. He's only like three, four years old but he needs to be outside even in the in the snow they do it. Research shows that kids don't need to be in school for seven hours. Micro schools can go many different ways you can either choose to follow like the school curriculum and then teach to that or create your own curriculum based on what the kids are trying to solve in the moment. And I also think that we're going to see a lot of self-directed learning where people will spend hours watching TED talks orTED talks or reading rhetoric about whatever is that they want to be doing.
