The Morality of Cluster Munitions
I don't think anyone is out there fully in support of sending cluster munitions. No one is in that boat, but I think it's just the reality of where we are in the conflict. The Ukrainians themselves are asking for it. And it's what they need to liberate their territory. There are horrible human rights abuses that are taking place behind Russian lines. But if this is what it takes in order for Ukraine to be able to liberate more of that territory, then so be it.
