Will Notarization Cost Apple Money?
I don't believe the European regulation specifies what Apple's business model and what its relationship with its developers needs to be. I think that definitely you could be in a scenario where Apple is changing. It's much less likely that governments are going to regulate how businesses charge other businesses for access, which is not the same. So again, for me, this is the most likely path they will take.
