John Sutter: I was watching an old Google video this week where Google engineer Paul Har was talking about how search works. And he said that guaranteed pretty much every single time you do a Google search, you're in some kind of a test on Google side. He says it's possible that what we're seeing with algorithm updates happening with increased frequency could be related to Google's knowledge graph. But John can't say 100% for sure the knowledge graph changes are responsible for all the crazy fluctuation we've been seeing.
