The Importance of Anger in Men

There are a lot of negative emotions that men are encouraged from boyhood on to cover over with anger. You can't just like dismiss it or say, I'm not going to feel that, you know, you can't do it. So when we see non-sages such as Seneca and Epictetus trying to help us figure out what the hell's screwed up about us, this might be one of the useful things that anger does.
