The First Amendment

Judge Duncan started out by saying things like, I'm not blind. At this school, the inmates have gotten control of the asylum asylum. Y'all are juvenile idiots. That's much more hecklers veto. Once a speaker has been invited to campus and the school has put their imprement tour on it, that speaker can stand up at the podium and say outrageous things to you. Imagine if they were a shock jock or what do you an insult comic? It doesn't change the First Amendment analysis whatsoever.
