The Rise of Tensions in the US

There are voices inside the US who don't accept this. Containment is necessary, but we need a political engagement so that both sides, local and global, make headlines. There is an anti-Chinese hysteria in the US which makes it very difficult for any American president to really engage with the Chinese.
