High agreeableness means you're tender, caring, empathic. The opposite low agreeableness would be like aggressive and selfish. You have to be super agreeable if you're interacting with a woman herself or her children. But if the chips are down and there's a threat, then you have to be as assertive as necessary in order to defend yourself.
