The Federal Antitrust Laws Are Not Designed for Blacklisting

Hans-Joachim Watzke has been accused of cheating by chess.com and is not being invited to tournaments with Magnus or Hikaru in them. It does raise a sort of interesting legal question right which is there any remedy for somebody who is being blacklisted or blackballed? The court today makes a good case that the federal antitrust laws are not designed for that kind of scenario. But it does make you wonder whether there's some kind of claim at least in a context where the folks who are doing the blacklisting allegedly have some kind of market power.
