How to Treat a Wrist Injury Early On

Wrist wraps, widget splints and using more of a neutral grip position when we're doing our pressing activities. We want to keep people as fit as possible but don't pull them out of their sport or functional activities. If they want to rock a bunch of push-ups, they can do those on dumbbells where their wrist can stay in more of aneutral position.
