What Is the Story I'm Telling Myself?

The Brene Brown, what is the story I'm telling myself is a constant mantra for me in that anxious space. And so being able to name the story, hold it and let it go is incredibly important. The second thing for me meditation practice quite frankly has been extremely, extremely helpful. A lot of body work that may not sound like it's connected to this, but because of my head and my stories, my body tells me a different story as well.
