Growth stops, that's a very important point, and I want to just go back to that for one moment. We have this interesting relationship between the scaling of metabolic rate being sub-linear, economies of scale, and leading to the cessation of growth. These systems will die, they die because the wear and tear due to metabolism eventually leads to their demise. The idea that the bigger you are, the less you need per capita feeds into this by ending up stopping growth. All of this comes at last point there is explained by the dynamics of these, and the structure of these Networks.
