What Are Your Dinner Conversations Like Growing Up?

I was curious what your dinner conversations were like growing up. You know, i in a space we sometimes the adults around us didn't have much to do with kids. So you know that at dinner time, when the adults were talking, you kept quiet. That's our pearence wee ased. But for me, the delight listening in, it was eaves dropping. I think my first novels kind of gives a sense of that, of that childhood. We lived our lives outside. We learned to speak, to speak out, speak to each other, ah, outside of home.
