Last week, we talked about God's infinitude and the incomprehensibility of God. But today, we look at self-existence and self-sufficiency. To say that God is self-existent is to say God is uncreated, he's uncaused,. He's not made, he's not designed. And so when you realize that he has no needs, I think it makes a lot more sense because if he did have needs, then he wouldn't be able to have life in and of himself or give life to everything that you know that has it.
