Training Less Is Not Necessary

This winter was really horrible for me, because every time i got into a heavy training schedule, to do double sessions twice a week, i just got sick. And then i caught covig two weeks ago. Vaccine completely killed me for a while. Then i finally bounced off and started getting stronger in training well. And then, bam, got sick again. And now i realize, ok, no, rredouble sessions. But if you want to get better at something, you have to train less,. Like more efficient sessions. If you do too much, you're not going to get anywhere. I mean, this my personal experience. My body's special in a way.
