The impact piece of that, it makes one might argue or drop that much harder. Real assets might arguably be easier because we have deployed a fair amount of capital in affordable housing. But in other asset classes, it might be hard. That's kind of why Joe, you know, sort of pejoratively referred to as an allocator of capital. Well, certainly across Caprock, but maybe even within the capital markets, it may say that kind of jokingly.
