Bedtime Routine
i need to be more on my kids schedule. If they need more sleep, so do i, yes. And that ends up bingr and it makes it so much easier to get up in the morning. It isn't always clear for people to know what a bedtime routine should be. consistency can be a huge, a huge thing. I'm telling you, i slept better during that period of time than i have o a long time.
