Pete, Are You Married?

Pete boctor is a member of the New Orleans City Council. He was recently elected to his first job as an artist in city hall. Boctor says he's looking forward to working with Mayor Kasim Reed and other council members. His top priority: To get everybody back to three, three %, a 50 for the retirement.
