The Legendary Creature of Urzaa in Modern Horizons

The first card in modern horizons is urza lord, high artifacer. It's not until here that we made a legendary creature of urzaa. The idea essentially is he works away both artifex. He can sort of cast artifects off the top of your deck. And also can generate manna from artifex - which i'm not sure blue is supposed to be doing.
