The Story of Paul's Journey to Rome

Aristarchus is recorded as sailing with Paul and Luke from Caesarea on Paul's long and eventful voyage to Rome. In Acts 27, after stopping at several ports, the people on the ship encounter a fierce storm that lasts for days which then threatens to destroy the ship. And some of the crew attempt to escape in a lifeboat but four soldiers break it apart before they can get away. Aristarchus would have been one of those guys who kept Paul company when he was in prison; we know this because he's mentioned in Colossians 4 verse 10.
