The Son of Man, Chooses a Life of Dependence

Jesus chooses to be dependent and interdependent with John the Baptist. Jesus' ministry is funded by women and he's cared for by women. He could have just collected every single fish that had ever gotten a coin in his mouth, but he doesn't choose it. And trust me, this was still messy for Jesus. Like here, just go cast out some demons.
