How to Be the Voice of the Data Team in a Data Interview
It was hard to find someone who could be the voice of the data team in an executive conversation. People are so good at being like, "Oh, we're trying to enhance maybe what their data literacy or the data practice is" It's actually really hard to figure out where they're really at versus where they think they're at. You have to feel comfortable and the people you're talking to have to also be comfortable with this.
