I track insider buying and selling very closely when I see big buying a lot of times in these stocks its companies where they already have massive ownership. A lot of the companies that are responsible for the better performance of an acquirers multiple strategy is that a lot of these are ugly companies. You really have to be buying that industry sector concentration and the kind of volatility that that goes along with it if you want to get the really good return so that's often something that we're asked like can you screen out?
