I run out of energy half way through the day if i'm not drinking enough water. Get one of those brian water filters, because it's just in your frit. Soup in a martini glass. Gaspaoes - but not hot soup. Milk shakein a shop glass. So far we've got that. Seanc ama, more interesting yet? No, you. I dot, water in a mug. And milk shake, there's always too much, isn't there?
