The Importance of Accepting Your Perspective

I understand the pressures on the publishing world but I also feel like isn't there value. When a when a young black trans person is writing an article from their perspective. They don't need to worry about our perspective they just write from their perspective and that's why they're hired right? Yeah. But because white men are seen as dominant in some sense. White men are expected to apologize for their perspective, which is kind of an artificial endeavor. And it's like why not just right from your perspective and acknowledge that it's a partial vision of reality, as opposed to apologizing for it.
