Is Your Arm Swinging?

If you look at someone with their top off, you stand behind them an they go for a walk or a run, if you see the scaps that are kind of retracted and depressed. They won't move on their rib cage. And they actually turn like a frige. Don't let the arms confuse you and say, ache, their arms are swinging. Look at e video that i put up of kira, and look at how horse scaps wiggle on our back.
