Johnston: I've been running a productize service for almost five years, and i'm starting to think the business model is a little overrated. The main attractions for me were addressing the challenges i had with the consulting business. And that really, again, was the catalist to make sure that that happened, so that i could step out of the business and take some time off. Now we're starting to new challenges as the accounting industry evolves. We're seeing more ornimation with the lower end bookkeeping processis. And we're also seeing some trends in the industry around accounting firms wanting to build bookkeeping services into the packages.
