Can You Use Glottal Stops?

For me, for my personal preference, I quite like to sound a little bit educated. The more you use glottal stops, it can sound like you're a bit uneducated if you overuse them sometimes. It's not bad, but it might be too formal. If people here, you have an accent from another country, you're not expected to speak in the same way. So even if you talk fluently, you do not need to use a glottal stop. As long as people can understand you, that is fine.
