How to Hire a Good Writer

You know a good writer when you see him, right? They write in a conversational style or just a style that's easy to read and understand. There's no fluff. That's a huge one. You might get authors that say all the right things and they're smart, but there's just a lot of fluff. And so a good art, a good writer, you just know it when you see it. I'm trying to train other people to do the same thing. But I haven't been able to successfully do that 100%. Yeah.
