The Importance of a Fresh Season for Liverpool

Van Dyke seemed to be a shadow of his former self during the season. I just had this feeling that he hadn't quite recovered from an ACL injury and then got injured again so he looked a bit blower times didn't he. It's going to be an interesting one to see what he looks like actually in those first first few games back in the Premier League next season given you know once he's had a bit of a break and hopefully got fully fit because part of me thinks he might have just lost the yard. Joe Gomez hasn't really ever been the same player that we saw partnering Van Dyke that year we won the title.
