Weightlifting has helped me develop my shoulder and fingers. I never feel any amount of like pain or tweakiness or tenderness from it. It's a proper respect especially you're going all the way back to the early on conversation especially of longevity in mind. If you just do one hangboard sesh too many boom pulley exploded couched for three months  it's not worth it.
