The Importance of a Power Purchase Agreement
It's helped me understand the difference between going through an in-range almost like a private marketplace versus the utility which you would think should be doing this in aggregate. The quality of the renewable energy certificates that can come, the traceability is much higher. To our point before about measurable impact, it's just much tighter loop and a much easier to point at. This is the impact that I've had. It's not like you're needing to run new distribution lines between the Costco and the car warehouse. You're still using the local distribution grid as you would.
