Israel's Strongness in Information Technology and AI

I believe in this concept of small, smart countries. I would hope that in the not-too-distant future, that these type of countries which are hovering around 10 million people and have come up with great high-tech industries can collaborate among themselves. They bring to the table something that gargantuan institutions don't even care about for the most part. That is one reason. The other reason is the culture of learning and the culture of innovation.
