This is what could happen to eastern forests without action. This will be the future condition of this forest until the dead trees fall down, in which case it'll just be a scrub. It's going to take like a decade of work to knock back the invasive species. And then you have to keep the deer up to get the natives on the ground. So if you just want to put your hands up and let Jesus take the wheel, Jesus was a carpenter like AD. He's not a good driver.
