The Importance of Lunch in Paris
I want to talk a little bit about Parisian cafe culture, which we were mentioning a little bit earlier. I don't even know if people work on laptops in cafes in Paris, but if they do, like, were there any cafes that you worked out while writing this book? Yes, absolutely. People do work on cafes in Paris. And it kind of shifted. You know, when it's lunchtime, you close the computer and people actually eat,. So I think from 12 to 2, you really won't find a computer at all.
