How Do You Pay Your Showrunners and Creators? Is It a Nefliks Approach?

i'm always wary of anything like that, but at least so far it seems ok. There is absolutely no information in this space about how they are paying people. They don't even tell their own show runners and creators how their shows are doing because they don't want to. And if you support us on patrion, you'll immediately get access to our discord.
