The Importance of Resolution
Bob Greene: resolution is a much better word because you can have silent internal resolutions that no one knows about, but they can still be binding in a way. He says there are others that we operate in with vowels that are much more subtle and implicit. "I'm not going to go across bridges. They're dangerous. Things happen when people cross bridges," she said. That was part of her healing was to verbalize and make what was implicit explicit so she could see it more clearly.
