Anger Is a Concurrence, a Heightened Emotion That Consumes You

I think we live in an age of anxiety. There is this toxic mix of narcissism and anxiety compounded by social media that seems to make people angry. High expectations, unfulfilled, must have something to do with that. And I think there's probably a technical explanation for why social media generates anger.
