The Evangelist Powers of Chaplains

Overture. 13 which is paired with an overture which carried over from a general assembly from two years ago it's that allowing testimony without affirming existence of god and trials my prediction is this is going to be the dark horse controversial overture because I think it'll provide some interesting debate. Texas is home to a lot of military bases and we have a lot of chaplains both in our presbytery and some of the presbytaries around and they are all uniformly asking either for some substantial editing or voting down of this overture.
