The State of Oklahoma and the Indian Tribes

The state of oklahoma asked the supreme court to reverse a decision just handed down in 20 20, that that set a precedent for american indian reservations. So it's a pretty bold request. We hadn't really seen anything quite like this. There has been co operation between the tribes and different state officials on the lower end, but at the higher nd, it from the governor's office and the tribes. It's really been a serious battle there.
