There was n't positive chatter this week about retail. We saw a lot of transactions taking place this week for really big numbers now, close to 200 million in some cases. And i think that part the market, just like office and others, is showing some momentto itout. It seems like over the last year or so, we've had more positive retail stories than we have had negative.
