How to Close a Deal

You should separate the value from the price when it comes to closing a deal, says Richard Branson. The best closes come when you've already warmed that person up and have caught their emotion more than once. Don't close on the price until they've earned the right to hear it further - then sell them your idea of what is worth buying. And be careful not to drop the ball as this can turn things off for good.
