Professor Noshkar: If there is a equal right and equal opportunity right because of religion because of group identity then we have to have the policies of reservation or similar policies. So but we do know that all the religion which believe in equality still the discrimination is their caste based discrimination, he adds. Professor Noshkar says constitution does not disallow it.
