He says in America for some reason people are so separate from one another that they cannot even understand why someone might like Trump. For me it's just plainly obvious however Sam Harris released this podcast where he sort of had some some epiphany over why people liked Trump. It all comes down to how one signals their virtues and how credible they are as a person and how many risks they've taken in their life.
