The Importance of Disunifying Members

Sometimes being a disunifying member feeds something in me. They really do believe that they need to part of the building process is to tear down the broken walls. And so it's as a pastor and especially as a revitalizing pastor you're in a very tenuous position right there. So what my encouragement on a practical level is lead in the positive cast vision for unity. Here's what happens over time if you are a disunifier you won't find yourself at home in that congregation.
