Many times we're not chosen for things that are out of our o maybe we were super qualified for the job, but somebody else was just a little more qualified or had specific qualifications. And if you completely cut out that company and cut out all the people that you connected with during the interview process, you'll never have the chance to capitalize on all that effort that you put in. The post rejection thank you note is just a simple two minute mima that you send in response to the rejection that you received. You're going to send one of these to every single person that you interacted with during the hiring process.
Austin shares how sending a simple post-rejection follow up email can lead to more opportunities and job offers!

"Hi Jamie,
Thanks so much for taking the time to chat with me last week! I heard the team made a hire, I'm super excited for you all and I'm wishing you a ton of success with [Initiative].
I really enjoyed interviewing at [Company], and I especially enjoyed our chat about the future of blockchain in the health tech space.
If you're up for it, I'd love to stay in touch! Either way, have an awesome rest of the week."
