Ida: I basically took the whole week. Went away from work and a and then just slept a lot, ate a lot, did a bunch of jugits. Got several lifting sessions in. So was good. Does taking a few days of way, fewer work hours like that, lead to you being more motivated to work now, one thousand %? Yes, yes. But i never feel myself pittering out. And i think it's mostly that, like, i just have to adjust to whatever environment. That's been probably the most important part of being able to make a ton o content and not get burned out.
