Koresh's Affidavit - A Brief History

A t f agents got a warrant to search mount carmel for guns, explosives and the parts and equipment needed to make them. This was not a no knock warrant that would allow them to just barge into the property without knocking on the door and serving the warrant. Koresh realized law enforcement action was imminent when he saw an agent pretending to be a philosophy student heading towards his compound. He frantically drove away from mount carmel, flashing his lights on, headlights on his pickup truck, to tell his superiors that the element of surprise had been lost.
