But certainly does appear to maintain it across a life span better. What would you say to anyone hut there that's looking to increase their bone in density around strength and conditioning principles? Rich: If runners are running really high volumes, that's whereyou got o be a little bit careful with how much precipitately plimetric training they're doing.
