Since 1900 since the maps to Williams we've been talking pan-Africanism. You cannot have ideas or interests or institutions until you have African people on the same page Negroes do not talk to Africa and black people don't want to have anything to do with colorful. That's why we don't have any African governments I lived in Zimbabwe not as long as Kwame has been in Guinea where I live there but I didn't see an African government there.
